Privacy Policy
Effective 16 September 2026
1. Summary
Ultraevum.com is a simple informational website. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising, and we ask nothing of you: there are no accounts and no forms. The Site collects almost nothing — ordinary server logs, and whatever you choose to send us by email.
2. Who is responsible
Ultraevum LLC ("Ultraevum", "we", "us"), a company of House Davis, is responsible for the Site and for information handled through it. You can reach us at office@ultraevum.com.
3. What we hold, and why
- Server logs. Like any website, ours automatically records ordinary technical information when a page is served — an IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. It is not used to build a profile of you.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so that we can read and respond, and we keep a record of the exchange.
We do not ask for or collect names, accounts, payments, or sensitive personal information through the Site.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics. Any cookie the Site sets is strictly necessary to serve the pages. You can control or block cookies in your browser.
5. Where it is kept and who can see it
The Site is hosted by service providers who operate it and its infrastructure on our behalf and who may process server-log information for that purpose under their own obligations of confidentiality and security. We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose information only to those providers, where you have asked us to, where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our property, or the safety of others.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the little information we hold. No website or method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above — server logs for a limited period for security and operations, correspondence for as long as needed to handle your matter and keep a reasonable record — or as the law requires.
8. Your choices
You may email us at office@ultraevum.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will honor reasonable requests to the extent the law requires and our records permit.
9. Use from outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States, and you use the Site on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local law.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us at office@ultraevum.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will change. Questions about this policy: office@ultraevum.com.
